Hookit Recognized As One of Eleven “Innovative Startup Companies” inthe 2015 YEi “Start in France” Accelerator Program.
Solana Beach, CA (November
5, 2015) – Hookit, a digital platform
created to support and connect athletes and brands, has been named a laureate of the Young Entreprise initiative (YEi) Start in France Accelerator Program. Hookit is one of ten start-up companies the French organization recognized for its innovation and influence within its industry.
The award is given to startup companies developing technologies
that have a profound impact on their respective industries. Hookit was chosen for its one-of-a-kind data analytics platform, arguably the most robust ever developed, that allows companies to more effectively and accurately evaluate potential sports marketing investments. Some of the most recognizable and innovative companies in the world, including GoPro, NBC Sports and Toyota, have turned to Hookit for its game-changing analytics technology.
Hookit CEO Scott Tilton is spending the week in France as part of the Accelerator Program, which immerses the laureates in an extensive
customized French business network. By gaining a foothold in the French market, the innovative young companies will be able to spread their expertise throughout the larger European Union.
“I would like to thank YEi and the French Embassy for this prestigious award,” said Tilton. “I am confident our model can be as valuable
within the European market, as it has been in North America. Sports such as soccer, tennis, rugby and cycling thrive here, and the relationships we’re able to forge through this experience will be invaluable to our European business interests.”
